At Mas Vidas, we are committed to delivering your products safely and efficiently so you can enjoy your experience as soon as possible.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling the order.

• United States: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to high demand, weather conditions, or customs processing for international shipments.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to guarantee delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of health and beauty products, we can only accept returns if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened beauty or skincare products
• Used personal care items
• Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund to the original payment method once the claim is reviewed and approved.

Refund processing times may take 5 –10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
